Security guards are on duty throughout the evening for the safety of all guests and to enforce the rules. No animals of any type are permitted on the premises. Our condos are well maintained and we expect good behavior and reasonable care if you decide to rent from us. Pick your roommates carefully as one person can ruin it for everyone. We have enjoyed renting to High School Seniors/Graduates for over 19 years, and understand you want to have a great time, but bad behavior, breaking the rules, and damaging the apartment will not be tolerated! Many families have reserved later weeks in the season and they deserve a nice place to stay for their vacation too! |
