We have personally set up these condos for your stay and are excited about this coming Summer.

|Enjoy our quiet Bayside location, convenient to all of the downtown area. Located just one block away is FREE fun for
all ages at the Ocean City Athletic Complex with a Kiddie Playground, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, the City's
Bayside Boardwalk for great Fishing, Boat and Bird Watching and Beautiful Sunsets. For your convenience
Restaurants, Grocery-Deli Stores, Laundromats, Post Office, and much more located within a couple blocks.
Our spacious Two Bedroom Condo comfortably accommodates a family of up to 8 (including children).
Close location to the boardwalk and downtown will make your evening strolls easier.
No need for the car, bus, or tram.
Take advantage of the Large Eat-in Kitchen equipped with a Full Sized Refrigerator, Full Sized Stove and Oven,
Over-The-Range Microwave, and Dishwasher. We supply basic Pots and Pans, Dishes, Utensils, Can Opener, Drip
Coffeemaker, and Toaster, along with several other odds and ends.

Free Off-Street Parking Provided!
We include Mattress Pads, Blankets, Pillows, Bathmat, and Spreads. You should supply your own Sheets,
Pillowcases, Bath Towels, and Toiletries.
We personally prepare our condo's for your stay. Maid service is not included and you are responsible for
maintaining the apartment. A vacuum, broom, mop, and cleaning supplies are provided.
We ask that you tidy up and remove all trash before leaving.
Deposit of $300.00 or 1/3 total rental (whichever is the greater) required on all weekly rentals (Personal checks
accepted). One night deposit on all daily rentals. Deposit will be refunded on weekly rentals with 30 day notice; on daily
rentals with 14 day notice. All refunds subject to a $39.00 service charge. Balance is due at check-in, CASH, M/O,
Traveler checks, Certified checks only. Sorry, no personal checks or credit cards.
